Resumo: | We used the livers of 20 rabbits, these livers had their portal vein cannuled in the direction of the liver, where it was injected a colored solution of neoprene latex, using disposable syringe and moderate manual pressure until they confirm, visually repletion that total venous system. After these procedures the livers were placed in a tray containing an aqueous solution of formaldehyde 10% for a minimum of 72 hours. The portal vein in his career there was no intraparenchymal, sub divisional behavior that could be registered as bifurcation, trifurcation, or others, but subdivisions of the portal vein, hepatic lobes designed specifically to, or part thereof. The first branch of portal vein is more often the case for the caudate lobe caudate, then a slender branch is intended that the process papillary wolf. The second branch of the hepatic portal vein caliber is more often for the right lobe of the liver. The hepatic portal vein sends branches for the dorsal and ventral, such as a trunk whose branches are distributed in the parenchyma of the left lobe and a trunk that is oriented ventrally, sends branches to the left lobe, left medial and square. This last trunk also receives venous branches from the gallbladder. The distribution of segmental allows the establishment of liver segments. |
