Vascularização arterial da bolsa cloacal em (Gallus gallus domesticus) da linhagem Coob slow

Abstract

The research was based on the study of the origin, number and arrangement of arteries and their branches which irrigate the cloacal bursa of 10 chickens (Gallus gallus) Cobbslow. Initially, it was injected in the sciatic artery copies of a solution of Neoprene latex and fixed in formalin 10% and subsequently performed the dissection. Through the dissection and the results showed that the cloacal bursa is supplied by direct branches of the artery right bursocloacal presenting two cases (20%) with two branches and left with only one branch (100%) and right internal pudendal arteries and left of the 10 cases (100%), being or not in combination with the caudal artery median (20%) of copies, and the left internal iliac arteries contributed a branch in a case (10%) and iliac artery right internal had no involvement with any business out of that artery. Thus it was observed that the number of branches from the artery varied in one or two, and even not at all, in some cases and the distribution of blood vessels occurred in a particular manner for each sample studied.
