Abstract: This thesis analyzed the career trajectories of black women in Lavras, Minas Gerais, from an intersectional feminist perspective. Addressing individual and collective perspectives, the study explored how social markers of difference - including race, class, gender, sexuality, religion, and locality - shape these women's experiences. The research used the methodology of fictional narrative, inspired by Conceição Evaristo's Escrevivência, to capture the dynamics of oppression and overcoming, highlighting the complexity of life stories and proposing an inventive way of producing knowledge. The main objective is to understand, from an intersectional black feminist perspective, using fictional narratives based on Conceição Evaristo's concept of Writings, the trajectories of black women in the city of Lavras (MG), identifying the interrelationships between different social markers of difference that permeate their careers. To this end, the thesis criticized traditional career approaches that ignore intersectional complexities, proposing instead a vision that integrates multiple dimensions of difference, valuing the intellectual contributions of black women. This approach challenges dominant narratives in organizations and suggests re-evaluating organizational practices to promote more inclusive environments. A qualitative approach with interviews was chosen, and the research highlighted the complexity of the participants' career paths. The study highlights challenges such as the underrepresentation, subordination, everyday resistance, and the ongoing struggle for respect in male-dominated and exclusionary fields. It also revealed the persistent self-doubt, the depreciation of achievements, and the difficulties faced by lower-class black women in undervalued and invisible careers. In addition to mapping the intersections between religion, race, class, and gender, the study proposed social impact actions to foster women's careers in vulnerable situations in Lavras. Theoretically, the thesis argued that the trajectories of black women are always contextual, linking social history with individual biographies. By adopting black feminism and intersectional thinking as theoretical and epistemological bases, the research emphasized the need for a critical approach to tackling inequalities and power dynamics in careers. Finally, this study aligned itself with an ethical and political commitment, suggesting inclusive practices at the organizational level and in public policies, promoting a structural transformation to create more equitable and respectful environments for black women.
