| metadata.ojs.dc.description.resumo: | O propósito deste artigo é de, empiricamente, demonstrar a importância da certificação social e solidária, no sentido de ampliar as oportunidades econômicas para a agricultura familiar. Paralelamente, buscou-se identificar os mais importantes obstáculos neste âmbito, sob diferentes perspectivas (políticas, previdenciárias e sanitárias), tendo como contexto analisado a região das Missões (noroeste gaúcho). O trabalho estabelece uma ferramenta útil para a formulação de políticas públicas nesta área, abordando a opinião dos entrevistados com relação ao interesse de participar desse processo e suas expectativas com relação ao futuro. |
| metadata.ojs.dc.description.abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to empirically show the importance of the social and joint responsibility certification to enhance the economic opportunities of family agriculture. Parallelly, it was tried to identify the most important obstacles in the area, from the different points of view, (political, social security and sanitary), in the region under study (Missões Gaúchas). This work provides a useful tool to the formulation of public policies in this area, approaching to the opinion of interviewed farmers in relation to their interest of taking part of that process and their expectations regarding to the future. |
