dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to present a reflection about two contemporary political philosophy conceptions. Both of them – egalitarian liberalism and communitarianism - try to solve the problem of moral conflicts in nowadays societies. This debate started in Theory of Justice written by John Rawls and published in 1971. Taking into account this scenario, this article analysis, firstly, the conceptions of fairness and the good that Rawls develops in his piece. In the second part, his view will be compared to communitarianism.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma reflexão sobre duas correntes da filosofia política contemporânea que dialogam a respeito da resolução de conflitos morais latentes nas sociedades atuais: o liberalismo igualitário e o comunitarismo. Essa discussão tem origem com a obra de John Rawls, Teoria da Justiça, publicada em 1971. Tendo esse pano de fundo, esse trabalho analisa as concepções de justo e de bem propostas pelo autor, para em um segundo momento compará-la com o comunitarismo.pt_BR
