Abstract

This present work has as purpose to alert and guide, in an educational way and as prevention form, the brazilian population about the risks of the exhibition of private life and intimacy in social media. Adolescents and adults don´t get to mesure the dangers that surround the internet for who produces and/or it publishes intimate materials due the difficulty in controlling the diffusion and removal of a material of this nature from the social media. And, still, the irreversible damages and impacts on the private and family life, career and social life of the victim of exhibition and defamation in social media. The acts practiced and transmitted in the social media through the Internet are, increasingly, being object and focus of the legal protection of the States and, in this year of 2018, Brazil also regulated the criminal aspect.
