Abstract: In this research had as objective to investigate training process for pedagogical supervisors aim the insertion of digital technologies of information and communication in the municipal public education context. This study provided an opportunity for the researcher who led the research that has been operating for six years in the coordination of projects in educational technology in the school system of a city in southern Minas Gerais allowing privileged participant observation of the process. It was chosen a case study design to data collection by non-structured observation and records in field diaries. Nine supervisors of basic education in municipal schools participated. For data analysis was done a descriptive-reflective analysis about the training process. And it was concluded that from the proposed meetings there was innovation in the view about digital technologies use in teaching practice and recognition of the need for interventions of pedagogical supervision of their use. Regarding to the contributions of pedagogical supervision, it was noticed in the dialogues that those who engage in the use of ICDT's - Information and Communication Digital Technologies seek to organize training in hours of module and encourage the use of digital technologies in the classroom. The lack of involvement of some supervisors was evident in the dialogues as synonymous with complaints, but it is clear that the lack of technological skills, lack of time and workload impedes the mediation of supervision for the ICDT's integration.
