Abstract: The objective of work is to identify as commercialization actions of the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) as a public policy to strengthen family farming and contributions of three organizations for its consolidation in the South Coastal Territory of ES. Three municipalities and one organization were chosen in each of them, being an informal group in Rio Novo do Sul, an association in Anchieta and a cooperative in Iconha. The methodology used quantitative and qualitative data through the analysis of documents available by municipal governments, organizations involved, ATER entities and field research through individual interviews and 03 focus groups, totaling 39 people interviewed. It was noticed that family farmers' organizations fulfill their role in the implementation of the PNAE, but also to challenges such as dialogue among stakeholders, better prices, lack of planning, delay of calls, requests outside the production season and delays in payments. On the other hand, the PNAE is a guaranteed sales channel, it potentiates other markets, increases production and diversity of production, etc. The informal group in Rio Novo do Sul has a stronger personal relationship and the farmer manages the whole process, but there is a limitation in selling to other places, it depends on a mobilizing agent. The Association of Producers of Banana and Other Agricultural Products and Agroindustry of Anchieta -APROBANA has autonomy to mobilize and elaborate sales projects, but they have limitations in participating in external calls. While the Cooperative of Family Farmers South Coast Territory of Espirito Santo State - CAFSUL, has an administrative structure, storage and logistics. She is currently participating in several external calls and has expanded sales to the private market. But there is a greater distance from the farmer and the reduction dialogue. In relation the commercialization margins of the main products sold in the PNAE there are variations in each channel, but the fair, the PNAE and the PAA are the channels that stand out the most, has little variation in relation to the price sold in the shops of the municipalities surveyed. The study demonstrated that PNAE is an important policy for family income and potentiates other commercialization channels, highlighting the market, but it can not be the only channel to drain family production. In addition organizations play an important role in advancing the policy, but still need dialogue, rapprochement with ATER entities and other actors in the process.
