Abstract: It was studied the influence of sucrose, GA3 and NAA concentrations on in vitro plantlets development originating from of germination of orchid seeds Cattleya loddigesii sp. Two experiments were carried out, in randomized block, with five replications, and factorial 4 x 5, constituted of four concentrations of GA3 and five sucrose concentrations (experiment 1) and of four concentrations of GA3 and five concentrations of NAA (experiment 2) added in culture media MS. The experiment was maintained for 90 days in a growth room under light intensity of 32 µMol.m-2.s-1, 25 ± 1oC photoperíods of 16 hours. It was evaluated the number of leaves, roots, length of the largest root and the aerial part and the plantlets fresh mass. The absence of GA3 and with 60 g L-¹ of sucrose it was the better number and growth of roots plantlets of Cattleya loddigesii sp. Higher length of the aerial part and the plantlets fresh mass was obtained in NAA plus 4,2 mg L-¹ of GA3 and 16 to 30 g L- ¹ of sucrose. Larger number of leaves was obtained 0,67 mg L- ¹ of NAA.
