| Abstract: | In contribution to the enunciation-discursive studies proposed by the French-line Discourse Analysis, by Dominique Maingueneau (2006, 2007, 2008, 2012), we have analyzed the journalistic discourse Crônicas do Jornal, by Arnaldo Jabor, aired on the TV news Jornal da Globo, and the marijuana regulation discourse, by the Uruguayan President José Pepe Mujica. We have examined the controversial interincomprehension which is established in the above mentioned discourses, when problematising the word regulation, in an alternative control politics of consumption and sale of marijuana in Uruguay. The divergence of both discourses lies in the way in which one reflects the other, from the discursive formations that institutionalize them politically. |
