Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has had numerous impacts on people's daily lives, with education being one of the most affected social factors, given the social distance used to prevent the spread of the disease. Thus, the implementation of Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT) and later of hybrid learning as a way to mitigate the impacts generated by the pandemic on education, also had a series of consequences in the lives of students. In this sense, it was intended to understand in this work, through the supervised internship of the Biological Sciences - Licentiate course, how, from the perspective of students and teachers, the face-to-face return of classes in a state school in a municipality in the South of Minas Gerais State. Therefore, a qualitative approach was carried out, which was based on observations made during the internship period as well as interviews with two teachers and six high school students at the school. After the interviews, it was possible to understand a little better how face-to-face feedback was given and the problems resulting from the pandemic, thus allowing a reflection on the initial training of teachers and the relevance of research as part of the internship in this process.
