Resumo: According to Stufflebeam et al (1983), educational evaluation is research designed and conducted to help the public judge and value certain educational objects. According to Silva et al. (2013), the most relevant external control mechanism for monitoring higher education in Brazil is SINAES, which is mainly composed of ENADE. Based on the above, the objective of this diagnostic research was to describe the perception of the Administration students of a university in the interior of Minas Gerais about the course and highlight possible suggestions to improve it. In the methodology, the qualitative and descriptive approaches were adopted. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with open-ended questions, adapted by the authors of the present work based on the Student Questionnaire, INEP (2018). Subsequently, the data were examined by means of content analysis. The survey was conducted, in September 2021, with undergraduate students of the Administration course of the chosen university and counted with 167 responses, which correspond to 52.19% of the total number enrolled in the course. Many students reported satisfaction with the proximity they have with their professors, claiming there is availability of the professors and the establishment of a connection with them. Besides, it was also verified that the fact that the professors are PhDs and have experience in the market makes them very qualified. However, regarding the negative aspects, many participants reported that there is a distant contact with the professors, who are often inaccessible and take a long time to answer questions and help students. In relation to remote learning, the following positive points were observed: the flexibilization of the workload and the access to new technical learning. On the negative side, we found the dissatisfaction of the students about the excess of activities and the difficulty of socialization during the pandemic. Therefore, the research met its objective and allowed a greater understanding about the perception of students about the Administration course, identifying as the main positive point the close relationship with some teachers and as a negative point the distance from others. Finally, it was observed the divergence of many answers found through the survey, showing that the perceptions of students are distinct and aspects considered positive for an individual may not be so considered for others.
