Abstract: | The marketing decisions of a fledgling company led to excellent initial results. The conflict arose as a result of the concern of one of the managing partners, for whom the strategies, which had until then been highly successful, must be reviewed so the company can become a market leader. It is suggested that the case be used on graduate courses in business administration and on postgraduate specialization courses in marketing, marketing strategies, the marketing mix, sales administration, etc. It is also recommended that the case be used at the end of the discipline because of the approach of various intermingled marketing mix concepts. |
