Resumo: The cultivation of head single broccoli has been extending for the past years with using organic compounds enriched with micro organisms that are capable of improving the conditions of microbial activities in soil, contributes to balance the system plant-soil. The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of using Bokashi in the production of single head of broccoli cv. Lord Summer aiming the possibility of a second crop. The delineation was made of randomized blocks with four replications and five doses of the compound (0; 250; 500; 750; 1000 g m-2). There were linear responses for all the evaluated features. In organic system, the best bokashi dosage for the first haverst was 1000 g m-2 and for the second haverst, the best one was 750 g m-2. The absence of a maximum point for all the characteristics in this study suggests that higher doses of bokashi could result in higher values. We are able to see that the second haverst wasn’t viable due to less values of diameter and fresh weight of head, which didn’t accord to market demands.
