| Resumo: | This study aimed to carry out a business plan from the definition of the product/service plan and the marketing plan. In this sense, the study included a proposal for the launch of a delivery application in the beverage sector with the purpose of promoting merchants and facilitating the consumption of beverages by people. From then on, the study presented a descriptive character and a qualitative approach to obtain results. As related positive aspects, the product/service showed ease of use, visibility of merchants, affordable price as well as the growth trend of the sector. |
