Análise discursiva de um Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional

Abstract

This work was the result of a need of studying the strategy inserted within its context. Questions which guide this study were: is there the discursive transcription of historical elements in the Institutional Development Plan of a Federal Institution of Higher Education (FIHE)? How these elements are represented and legitimated at the institution? The purpose of this work was to analyse the Institutional Development Plan of a FIHE, within its socio-historical context. Was carried out the critical analysis of the discourse of strategies outlined on the plan. Were also performed discursive interviews in order to facilitate the understanding. The discourse distinguished by the discursive transcription of historical values from the institution founders was found. This transcription was highlighted on strategic practices of environmental responsibility, on values which guide the training of student of the FIHE, on practices of landscaping, research, internationalization and expansion. It was realized that the strategies experience influences which do not depend on those who formulate them.
